The Correlation of Law and Media

                  ගිම්හාන මණ්ඩපය  ඇයත් හිඳින්නැති මා හිඳිනා තැන විරහ තැවුල් සිත් යාය දරා මං පියමනිනා මේ මාවත් වල ඇයත් ඇදෙන්නැති පෙමක් පතා ඇගේ සුසුම හා මගේ සුසුම මේ ඇදුරු බිමේ වා තලය පුරා සුළඟේ යන්නැති මුහු වී එන්නැති ඇය මට සිහිවන මොහොත පුරා  

     තරඟකාරී රැඟුම්කරුවන් අතර බලය මුල් කරගෙන සිදුවන අරගලය පොදුවේ දේශපාලනය ලෙස හැඳින්විය හැකිය. දේශපාලනය ,  ජාතික දේශපාලනය  හා   අන්තර්ජාතික දේශපාලනය වශයෙන් ප්‍රධාන කොටස් දෙකකට ඛණ්ඩනය කළහැකි අතර ජාතික දේශපාලනයේ රැඟුම්කරුවන් ලෙස දේශපාලන පක්ෂ සහ දේශපාලනඥයින් සැලකෙන නමුත් අන්තර්ජාතික දේශපාලනයේ ප්‍රධාන රැඟුම්කරුවා වන්නේ ස්වාධිපති රාජ්‍යයි. මේ අනුව අන්තර්ජාතික දේශපාලනය යනු ජාතීන් අතර පවත්නා දේශපාලනය යි.     අද්‍යතනයේ අන්තර්ජාතික සමාජය තුළ රාජ්‍යයන් 200කට අධික සංඛ්‍යාවක් තිබෙන අතර මේවා භූමිය, ජනගහනය, සම්පත් හිමිකම, ආර්ථික බලය, මිලිටරි බලය යනාදී කරුණු වලින් අන්‍යොන්‍ය වශයෙන් එකිනෙකට වෙනස් වේ.නමුත් එම සෑම රාජ්‍යයක්ම අන්තර්ජාතික සමාජය තුළ එක හා සමාන නෛතික ඒකක ලෙස සලකනු ලැබේ. අන්තර්ජාතික දේශපාලනය පැන නැගීමේ හේතු සාධකයන් ලෙස පහත කරුණු දැක්විය හැකිය. 1. ජාතික ආරක්ෂාව  තහවුරුකිරීම. 2.ජාතික ආර්ථිකය වර්ධනය කිරීම. 3.ජාතික සුබසාධනය ඉහළ නැංවීම.  4.ජාතික අභිමානය ගොඩනැංවීම. 5.ජාතික දේශපාලන මතවාදය ආරක්ෂා කරගැනීම. මෙම කරුණු සාක්ෂාත් කරගැනීමට යා...

          In Sri Lanka we can see a Jury system operating in the High Court.The jury system consists seven persons.The special fact about it is,those people who are engaging for the jury are normal people.They can be selected in rural or urban areas.If anyone likes to present as a member of the jury he or she can ask about it from the high court and then to be registered.In Sri Lanka the jury system only appears for criminal cases.Such as murders,rape cases and attempting to murder. If a guilty person ask for a jury system,then the high court called seven members of the jury and join them to the case. A constitution is a set of rules and regulations that actuate people to adhere the law of the country.Also the Constitution of a country described as the greatest law of that country.All the citizens are bonded to live according to the Constitution. When it comes to the types of Constitutions,we can see two main types.Those are Written Constitutions and Unwritten Constitutions.In England there is an unwritten Constitution that descending for a long period of time.Nothern Ireland,Israel,Canada and New Zealand are some other countries which haven't a documented constitution.
